Our flight was completely uneventful. Nice service from British Airways. We are now officially south of the equator! First time for me, Sam and Jeff. 
Waiting and waiting. Only 45 minutes. 
Out team had four very loaded baggage carts.
Getting through immigration was slow and confusing to all but Mike, who seemed to understand just where we were in the process. We got our baggage, eventually. I freaked out about the bags being picked up by someone else when we were helplessly still in the immigration line, but they were eventually found. The pattern, here, is that on our descent to Nairobi I was convinced that's phone was gone for good...it was in my pocket. I need to let go a little!
After getting the bags, we met our team member Daniel from Minnesota, and Mike's Kenyan friend, Elias, and his family.
